Denetrya is a longtime plant-based advocate, vegan-fusion chef, yoga instructor, animal scientist and entrepreneur.  She is also a gardening enthusiast and owner of a healing meal prep system that rebalances, restores, and revitalizes the body using the freshest ingredients that are organically homegrown.


Plant-based for several years has allowed her the opportunity to be creative with food in the kitchen.  She strongly believes in body intelligence eating and intuitively puts ingredients together that feed the soul.  She offers up a beautiful collection of delicious, multicultural recipes using seasonal crops.
