Yes2Yoga Founder, Registered Hatha Yoga, Registered Children's Yoga Teacher

She teaches whole fully from the heart and incorporates her passion for overall health into each of her sessions.

For the past several years, Denetrya has been studying and teaching Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is based in postures(asanas), meditation(Dhyana) and breathing(pranayama). She has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and teaching for 4 years.
